Like all natural leather products there can be slight colour variations and marks. As with normal wear, use and age colour will change. (Note: colour can vary due to computer screens). Being a handmade product if it is out of stock at time of ordering please allow an additional 10 days to restock.

You must return items in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them within 30 days. If you don't follow our item condition policy for returns, you may not receive a full refund less postage fees. Buyer is responsible for all costs of return postage and must be tracked and signed for by seller. Refund provided at our discretion within 30 days from the day we receive the returned merchandise.

Products that are specially ordered non-stock items or custom made to special order cannot be exchanged/refunded.
